Support
The quickest answer is often Jude: in the app, ask him how to do anything, why a score changed, or what a cooking word means. Still stuck? Email support@thinkingrox.com.
Beta and TestFlight
I joined the waitlist. What happens next?
We invite testers in small batches. If you asked to test, you'll get an email from Apple's TestFlight with a link. Otherwise we'll email you once, when Cooking Rox launches.
How do I install the beta?
Install TestFlight from the App Store, open the invite email on your iPhone and tap View in TestFlight, then Install.
How do I send feedback?
Take a screenshot in Cooking Rox and TestFlight offers to send it to us with a note. Or just email us.
Does the beta cost anything?
No. Any purchase you try in a TestFlight build is a test, and you're never charged.
AI, allergies and food safety
Jude runs on AI. He treats your allergies as hard rules, and our server checks every recipe he writes against your allergy list. But AI can make mistakes, and no app can guarantee a recipe is safe for an allergy.
- Always read the labels on your ingredients, including “may contain” warnings, and watch for cross-contact in your kitchen.
- For a serious allergy, follow your doctor's advice first. Cooking Rox isn't a medical service.
- Jude always gives safe cooking temperatures. Follow them, especially for poultry, ground meat, eggs and leftovers.
- Jude doesn't give home-canning recipes.
- Health scores and nutrition are general guidance and rough estimates, not medical or dietary advice.
